CrossBrew is a Slack application that facilitates cross-workspace coffee chat matching. By installing or using CrossBrew, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You agree to use CrossBrew only for its intended purpose of professional networking and coffee chat introductions. You must not:

Account Responsibilities

Workspace administrators are responsible for ensuring the app is used appropriately within their organization. Users are responsible for providing accurate email information during the join process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Slack account.

Limitation of Liability

CrossBrew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrossBrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

Termination

You may stop using CrossBrew at any time by uninstalling the app from your Slack workspace. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your data will be retained for up to 30 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion via /crossbrew delete-my-data.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify workspace administrators of material changes.
